Meditation

 

I am a practicing meditator and love to meditate with others, especially in nature.

If you are a beginner to meditation and would like some guidance I am happy to offer this. 

Meditation can help with anxiety, getting to know the breath as a friend and companion can be very helpful when in stressful situations or difficult periods in life.
